Return Policy:

Refunds will be granted on all non-personalized items when returned within 15 days of the order delivery date. Custom jewelry from the Your Story Collection can be returned for exchange or store credit only when returned within 15 days of the order delivery date. Exchanged items are non-returnable. For resizing after purchase a $25 per item + shipping fee will be charged.

Custom sizes 8.5 and up will have a 20% restocking fee.

If you would like to return your product, the item must be shipped back to LoveInPink in brand new condition and in its original packaging.

Customer must cover return shipping costs. We accept return shipments from all US mail carriers. We suggest sending your item back fully insured and with delivery confirmation.
